The primary focus of this position is to engage guests with energy and enthusiasm throughout the game night experience. You will be responsible to provide extraordinary customer service and promote our brand throughout the event. We are looking for a driven, ambitious and passionate individual to join our dynamic team.
What would you do?

Provide interaction with customers at the primary arena entrances and access points, as well as specific spaces within the arena and inner concourse.
Offer suggestions to guest as they navigate the arena.
Assist other staff members in the arena by using creative problem solving to resolve issues quickly, such as ticketing or with the Minnesota Timberwolves App.
Help ensure guests are comfortable and confident using the Minnesota Timberwolves App and its functions.
Continuously improve the fan experience by being an ambassador of our brand while engaging with customers.
What are your proficiencies or equivalent experiences?
Front-facing customer service experience or previous involvement in a customer service environment experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills required.
Knowledge and experience working with laptops, mobile devices and become familiar with the Minnesota Timberwolves App.
Ability to respond to situations quickly and expertly.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work well on a team and independently.
