The Facilities Assistant is a part-time/temporary position for the Lynx season and assists the duties of the facilities department with various tasks and events. You will work very closely on the day-to-day operations, strategies and objectives of the department. We are looking for a driven, ambitious and passionate individual to join our dynamic team.
What would you do?

Provide tours to fans, prospects, members and other various groups throughout our facilities.
Set up and take down for events and be onsite for the event as needed.
Coordinate delivery of equipment and assist onsite contract workers.
Track inventory of building supplies and assist with preventative and routine maintenance of equipment.
Coordinate staff, fan, and worker engagement.
Assist in building materials for presentations through necessary applications.
Attend and assist coordination of all Facility Department events.
What are your proficiencies or equivalent experiences?
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills required.
Proficient computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Perform well on a team as well as works sufficiently independently.
Ability to lead specific processes and tasks in the department under supervision.
Ability to multi-task and keep a number of projects moving at the same time.
Ability to keep information confidential and use discretion.
