Position Summary: The Miami HEAT is hiring a Senior Manager of Web/Mobile App to join the Interactive Marketing department with experience in professional web and mobile app platforms and a dedication to the promotion of the Miami HEAT, AmericanAirlines Arena, HEAT Check Gaming and the full Miami HEAT Experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list. 
  • Lead the web and mobile team by defining and owning web and mobile app roadmaps, driven by business strategy and prioritized to ensure alignment with marketing and overall organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with content team (writers, creative and video production) on appropriate website content.
  •  Manage team with planning, posting of sales and marketing content on all HEAT Group web properties (Heat.com, AAarena.com, HEAT mobile app platforms, as well as provide similar contributions to our esports team HEAT Check Gaming).
  •  Manage a team of coordinators, developers and specialists dedicated to the day-to-day maintenance of web/mobile app platforms.
  • Work alongside the Corporate & Ticket Sales, Creative, Game Operations, Arena Marketing departments and others to enhance the Miami HEAT, AmericanAirlines Arena & HEAT Check Gaming digital platforms
  • Create strategies to grow traffic, conversions, lead generation, traffic metrics
  • Continually manage website and app content to support the various stakeholders (corporate partnerships, tickets sales, retail and game operations) in a way which is on-brand, attractive, compelling, and captivating 
  • Work with the Marketing Analytics Manager and Strategy and Analytics team to manage the execution of web/mobile app analytic reports to keep a pulse on strategies and innovations to each platform
  • Partner with technology and legal teams to ensure compliance with any regulatory requirements and how they apply to digital content
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Digital Programs

Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications or web-related field; minimum four years in a digital marketing role. Experience with coding (html, css, javascript) is required. Experience with Drupal and (name of app CMS) preferred. Above average knowledge of Miami HEAT & NBA trends. Strong writing, creative and analytical skills; in-depth knowledge and understanding of web/mobile app platforms and digital audiences.
