Description of the Position:  The Email Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of email marketing programs and campaigns in support of company objectives. This includes the creation, set-up, execution and reporting of email marketing campaigns. The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for collecting information and building HTML emails to be executed through Adobe Campaign Standard. The Coordinator should have basic database knowledge as they will build and maintain segmentation lists for email sending. 
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including building HTML emails, email campaign set-up, database and list segmentation, A/B testing and reporting. 
  •  A/B test email templates, content and subject lines.
  • Manage email database for subscription lists and lead generation. 
  • Ensure emails and templates follow industry best practices. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to help meet performance and sales goals. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest areas of improvement. 
  • Assist with managing and executing email marketing calendar.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university preferred. Two plus years of experience working in email marketing. Experience working within Adobe Campaign Standard preferred. Knowledge of email marketing performance metrics and analytics. Strong written communication and copywriting skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
