We are searching for an effective Leader to manage all retail warehouse and distribution strategies for The Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Monsters, Cleveland Gladiators, Canton Charge, and Quicken Loans Arena.  This key position will be responsible for maximizing day to day operational efficiencies in areas of receiving, distribution, merchandise flow, inventory control and warehouse organization and maintenance. Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic, ability to excel in a fast paced environment, experience leading a team, strong communication skills and must be “Obsessed with finding a better way.” 

·          Leads the hiring/training/development and supervision of Warehouse Team Members in compliance with all HR standard operating procedures.
·          Develops diversified internal and external bench-strength at all levels.
·          Maintains ongoing communication with the buying team, sales and operations teams, and retail leadership to ensure timely merchandise flow and best practice execution.
·          Promotes organizational ELEVATE service program.
·          Provides consistent feedback and holds staff accountable for results including maximum productivity.  
·          Builds and maintains positive partnerships with all internal Departments.
·          Provides strong Leadership to Warehouse coordinator and entire Warehouse team
·          Consistently analyzes and improves operational efficiencies including merchandise flow, markdowns, receiving, distributions, damages, RTVs, physical inventory etc. for maximum productivity.
·          Facilitates all warehouse organizational efforts. 
·          Manages daily warehouse opening and closing procedures.
·          Ensures warehouse cleanliness and overall maintenance meets defined standards and expectations.
·          Maintains retail operations supply, fixture and signage inventories.
·          Takes leadership role in special event and concert retail set-ups, teardowns and execution. 
·          Supports Leadership group with coordination and execution of special projects as needed.
·          General protection of company assets via adherence to corporate retail inventory policies and procedures 
·          Manages controllable operational expenses (payroll, supplies, etc.)
·          Maintains standard operating procedures and holds team accountable for compliance to standards.
·          Ensures efficient use of time and resources.
·          Properly staffs and schedules to support the needs of the business within budgetary constraints.
·          Utilizes all technological resources and tools to ensure best practices.
·          Creates and maintains informational data/spreadsheets as needed.
·          Ensures product quality meets brand standards.
·          Promotes Team environment and Brand culture.
·          Takes ownership of all Warehouse related initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned. 

Additional Information:

·          Experience with retail merchandising software packages that include financial budgeting modules, labor management modules, price management modules, inventory tracking and sales modules. 
·          Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word and Outlook). Must be able to create spreadsheets to analyze the business. 
·          Ability to work extended hours based on facility event schedules, workload and deadlines. 
·          May be required to work extended periods (up to an entire shift) to include sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and light load carrying up to 55 lbs.
·          Event/Game-day duties as dictated by job responsibilities and workload.  This includes but I not limited to, basketball games, hockey games, concerts and other special events.
·          Required to work 100% of all marquee events including but not limited to playoffs/post season games. 
Effectively communicates at all levels including internally, externally, and with Senior Level Leadership.
