Position Overview:
The Chicago Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, organized and dedicated person to fill the position of an Alumni Relations Associate. As an Associate, you will assist the Director of Alumni Relations with supporting Chicago Bulls Ambassadors and the Chicago Bulls Alumni Club for the 2019-20 season. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, detailed oriented and trustworthy as this role requires a high level of confidentiality.

This seasonal role will start in September 2019 and continue through the end of the season. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Ambassador appearance request database
  • Assist in developing schedules and payment memos
  • Attend events with Bulls Ambassadors
  • Coordinate travel and transportation accommodations
  • Facilitate functions of the Chicago Bulls Alumni Club including gathering content for quarterly newsletter, distributing gift items
  • Assist in the execution of Bulls Alumni Night at the United Center
  • Support Community Relations team in other programs and activations initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience in communications, entertainment and/or sports 
  • Strong communication (both written & verbal)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality as this position requires working directly with former players
  • Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent teammate, with positive energy, who has a desire to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays 

Note that this role pays an hourly wage, requires flexible work hours and will include work outside of normal office hours during the business week and on weekends.
