Position Overview:
The Chicago Bulls are seeking driven and energetic individuals to assist with Bulls Kid Nation youth programs and events throughout the year. Bulls Kid Nation Brand Ambassadors gain firsthand experience in professional sports by assisting with operational and on-site Youth Hoops programs and Youth Marketing grassroots events.

In this role, Ambassadors will work directly with the Chicago Bulls Youth Marketing and Programming team to fulfill on-site needs during all Chicago Bulls and select Windy City Bulls home games, on-site and off-site youth basketball programs and grassroots events to ensure a positive experience for participants and their families. 

This seasonal position will begin in September 2019 and conclude in August 2020. 

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Assist with the set-up, execution and tear down of the Bulls Kid Nation Kid Zone at all Chicago Bulls and select Windy City Bulls home games
  • On-site contact for assigned Youth Hoops programs and grassroots events
  • Youth Hoops and Kids Club inventory management including transporting program and event materials
  • Load-in and load-out at external events and programs
  • Grassroots events execution support
  • Preparation of program and event equipment and giveaways
  • Youth Hoops program participant check-in
  • Field and problem solve all customer service inquires on location
  • Gather feedback from various parties at on-site and off-site youth events
  • Capture content for Bulls Youth Marketing needs
  • Other duties as assigned

The Bulls Youth Programming and Marketing team is looking for individuals who are self-starters and work well with others. You could be a potential match for this role if you have a strong mix of the following:

  • Have reliable means of transportation
  • Ability to travel to various off-site event and programming locations
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport with others in order to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to lift boxes of up to 25lbs
