Job Summary:
We need strong leaders to help our retail operations. You will guide or Brand Ambassadors in our service culture of S.M.I.L.E – Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  •  Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner 
  •  Daily fulfillment of online orders
  • Locate and prepare merchandise for shipment
  • Pack, weigh, and label completed orders 
  • Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory 
  •  Assist Warehouse Managers and fulfillment coordinator with eCommerce and store operations
  • Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work late hours, weekends
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and be able to work well within a team
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must
  • Outstanding personality and work ethic.
 
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to stand for 4+ hours during shifts
  • Must have reliable transportation
