ROLE:
The Mobile Support Specialist- Event Day position will be the first point of contact for all in-person customer service ticket resolution and mobile ticketing support during entry to State Farm Arena. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for all guest ticketing inquiries and issues at entry points.   
Our business is event based and labor needs vary widely from week to week and event to event. For this reason, all of our part time positions are “as needed” and we cannot offer employees consistent schedules or a guaranteed number of hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Smile, greet and interact with guests who visit State Farm Arena and the box office
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Efficiently and proactively facilitate in person customer/client services at gate entry  
  • Will be responsible for all operational needs including helping fans download the team app, assisting with mobile ticketing questions, and supporting other mobile initiatives at arena gates
  • Must be willing to work outside of the box office and at arena gates to troubleshoot mobile ticket issues
  • Operate Ticketmaster Classic, Archtics, Slack and Sales Deck ticketing systems
  • Utilize Ticketmaster software to troubleshoot any and all ticket issues, ex. Reprinting tickets, researching scan history of a ticket, selling a new ticket, etc.
  • Sell and distribute Will Call tickets for all Atlanta Hawks basketball games, arena family shows and concerts
  • Must be able to handle money
  • Provide day of game customer service 
  • Attendance and punctuality are imperative, as well as adjusting to a flexible schedule to accommodate event hours, on-sales, etc.
  • Deal with a fast-paced environment which requires flexibility and troubleshooting
  • Must be able to reconcile all daily sales without any overage/shortage occurring
  • Other duties as assigned  

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Cash handling and math skills preferred
  • Ability to listen effectively, take and execute directions given
  • Ticketmaster Classic and Archtics knowledge preferred 
  • Flexible availability – including mostly nights and weekends/holidays
  • Must possess an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques
  • Must have the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
  • Must be able to work in outdoor conditions
  • Must be available for a minimum of 80% of all State Farm Arena events per month
