The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to join the Front Office as an Account Executive in our Sales Department.

This person will:
  • Identify, evaluate, and sell potential clients relative to tickets, groups, suites and sponsorship opportunities
  • Prospecting, qualifying leads and setting face-to-face appointments for new business 
  • Maintain electronic account records in CRM for all clients and prospects
  • Manage client relationships and drive the follow up for future marketing programs e.g., understand clients' business priorities and timelines in order to proactively set up marketing presentations. 
  • Organize meetings with clients to assess needs and present opportunities 
  • Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects
  • Represent the team at various promotional events.
  • Join professional associations and attend networking events to gain awareness of our product in the local business community 
  • Work within a team environment to achieve common team goals 
 
Skills required: 
  • Sales and negotiation skills 
  • Highly organized, ability to multi-task 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and master new software programs as necessary
  • Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work odd hours, evenings and weekends

Experience required: 
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing within sport and entertainment venues
  • High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum. 
  • A minimum of two (2) year’s work experience in sales and customer service
Educational/Other requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (business or marketing concentration preferred) 
  • Demonstrated quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with different personalities
