The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to join the Front Office as an Account Executive in our Sales Department. This person will:

Identify, evaluate, and sell potential clients relative to tickets, groups, suites and sponsorship opportunities
Prospecting, qualifying leads and setting face-to-face appointments for new business
Maintain electronic account records in CRM for all clients and prospects
Manage client relationships and drive the follow up for future marketing programs e.g., understand clients' business priorities and timelines in order to proactively set up marketing presentations.
Organize meetings with clients to assess needs and present opportunities
Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects
Represent the team at various promotional events.
Join professional associations and attend networking events to gain awareness of our product in the local business community
Work within a team environment to achieve common team goals

Skills required:

Sales and negotiation skills
Highly organized, ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
Ability to learn and master new software programs as necessary
Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
Professional image and demeanor
Flexibility to work odd hours, evenings and weekends

Experience required:

Strong knowledge of sales and marketing within sport and entertainment venues
High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum.
A minimum of two (2) year’s work experience in sales and customer service

Educational/Other requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (business or marketing concentration preferred)
Demonstrated quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work well with different personalities
