The Seasonal Assistant - Business Analytics will assist in advancing the Club’s analytics and reporting initiatives across key departments including ticketing, marketing, partnerships, and fan engagement. This role offers practical experience in interpreting sales and fan data, developing visualizations, and contributing to the continued growth of the Club’s data and analytics operations to help the organization make informed, impactful decisions.
 
Responsibilities:
• Support analytics projects that inform strategy and decision-making across departments.
• Collect, clean and organize ticketing, email, and demographic data to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
• Track key metrics, monitor sales pacing, and analyze retention and engagement performance.
• Help refine fan segmentation models.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and cross-departmental reporting projects.
• Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI tools (such as Tableau) to build dashboards and visualizations to clearly present insights to internal teams. 
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience or coursework in data analytics or business intelligence preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, with experience using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau and familiarity with SQL.
• Capable of interpreting large datasets and turning information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience with ProVenue or other ticketing platforms preferred.
• Candidate will work most games (including nights and weekends), and some non-gameday events and must be willing to work with other departments as assigned.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation: Qualified candidate will receive stipend compensation at TBD rate depending on experience.

Dates: This position will be full-time seasonal from January to September. Exact start date is negotiable.
