Minimum age: 18
Pay Rate: $9.00/hr
Hours: 30 hours per week on average
Timeline: February through October
The Ticket Operations Assistant is a part-time position that provides support to the Ticket Office staff by assisting with daily office functions and responding to a high-volume of requests and demands on game days.
  • Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from season ticket holders, ticket purchasers and guest complaints.
  • Process and execute game ticket requests.
  • Sell tickets for third party events.
  • Secure payment for ticket sales and process distribution of tickets.
  • Assist guests by resolving ticket purchase errors.
  • Assist Box Office and Phone Room Managers with day-to-day operations
  • Provide ticket services at our Fort Worth team shop
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to handle a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to work weekends, games, and some holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to Fort Worth
  • Passion to work in the Sports Industry
  • Must be available and willing to work throughout the 2018 Season from February       through October
