Facility Operations/Event Staff: Game Day/Event Staff
Minimum Age: 16
Pay Rate: $8.25/hr
Hours: 5 – 8 hour shifts
Job Description: 
  • Welcome guests to the Kids Zone.
  • Ensure guests’ check-in procedures are followed.
  • Responsible for operating games and passing out prizes; interact with guests as they participate in the games.
  • Ensure guests are safely using the play equipment.
  • Ensure young guests are not leaving the enclosed area without their parent/guardian.
  • Assist with the nightly setup and end of night breakdown/clean up.
  • Enforce all ballpark policies.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Knowledge of ballpark and seating layouts, restrooms and emergency exits.
  • Strong communication skills preferred.
  • Ability to continuously stand and walk for 5 – 8 hours throughout the ballpark, including but not limited to, stairs and ramps.
  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold and rain.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays; and a minimum of 70 games during the season.
