Hours: 4 – 8 hour shifts

JOB SUMMARY:   Members of the Guest Services team play a vital role in creating cherished memories and the best possible experience for Guests at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium.  Our staff is welcoming, friendly, passionate, engaging, flexible, and proud. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Deliver Texas Hospitality to all Guests of Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium
  • Greeting and directing Guests, and answering questions about Globe Life Field/Choctaw Stadium offerings and polices
  • Welcoming Guests into the venue and ensuring they are set up for a great experience
  • Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests
  • Use knowledge of Globe Life Field and Rangers history to engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service.
  • Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.
  • Positions include Ticket Scanner, Bag Check, Usher, Elevator Operator, Escalator Operation, Guest Services, and Ambassador
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed and as directed by leadership
  • All other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A positive attitude and a service mindset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to continuously stand and walk 4-8 hours throughout the venue
  • Ability lift and/or pull up to 15 lbs.
