  • Work closely with sponsorship sales and ticket sales teams to create value added promotions for our sponsors/customers.
  • Work with In Game Entertainment to develop a schedule for the year of theme nights.
  • Create and deliver promotions that entertain our fans and build our image and reputation in the community.
  • Assist sales by creating inventory ideas to sell more sponsorship locally.
  • Execute In Game sponsorship activation for all partnerships.
  • Direct a team of interns to deliver on field promotional ideas.
  • Work with PR/Social Media manager to create a local stir campaign that invites fans to attend games to see promotions.
  • Work closely with school systems and community leaders to build reputation in the community.
  • Oversee mascot requests and schedule appearances for open houses, school functions, etc. to excite potential fans.
  • Oversee Press Box and execution of game production (music, PA, line score).
  • Schedule Press Box staff, track hours worked and aid in payroll processing.
  • Plan, organize and schedule Claw Club and Silver Slugger events.
  • Schedule game and post-game activities, such as national anthem singers, first pitches, play ball kid, post-game bands, etc.
  • On field host for seventy home games.
  • Reach out to local organizations concerning hosting walk/run charity events at the ballpark and then make certain those events are handled properly.
  • Responsible to assist with stadium operations and offsite mascot appearances as needed
  • Assist with the tagging and store setup of the Merchandise Store
  • Handle the operations side of sponsorship fulfillment for the team on game nights (Table and Concourse setup)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sports Management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and outgoing, creative nature.
  • 1-3 years work experience preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience helpful.
  • Ability to perform physical labor for long extended periods of time and in various weather conditions.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work all home games during the season.
