The Power are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and talented person to work within and help grow our team. Candidates must be creative, enthusiastic, and outgoing individuals that truly enjoy having FUN! A strong sales background required. Must be willing to cooperate and work well with all other areas of the organization.
The position is seasonal, starting as soon as possible and pays an hourly wage plus commissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but are not limited to:
o Sell and service group tickets, season tickets and mini-ticket packages
o Maintain a 75 calls per day volume as well as an aggressive sales and meetings schedule.
o Meet a personal sales revenue budget by developing new relationships and growing existing relationships.
o Not be afraid to pick-up the phone and make the calls necessary to exceed expectations.
o Set appointments with key decision makers in the community to assess the opportunity and develop partnerships.
o Consistently utilize the ticketing system and other data sources to generate leads and organize sales call efforts.
o Attend community events and assist in outside events as needed
o Implement the team’s ticket sales strategy
o Implement group theme nights and promotions
o Administer superior customer service for clients year-round
o Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned
