This position is responsible for performing various jobs in game-day concessions, including cashier, runner, and food expediter.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Provides a positive first impression, before fast, personalized, and efficient service.
- Offers menu suggestions, promotes specials, and upsells at every opportunity.
- Ensures sales, preparation, and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Ensures food is correct, cooked properly, and ready to serve.
- Ensures that proper food handling and sanitation procedures are being followed.
- Follows customer service, cash handling, alcohol, health, sanitation & safety policies.
- Completes inventory count procedures.
- Cleans cooking items and kitchen areas to provide a sanitized environment.
- Delivers food & beverages to customers at the proper temperature.
- Creates a fun, positive work environment while acting as a team player.
- Performs all other duties as assigned, including rotation to other concession positions as needed.
