Job Title: Membership Experience Specialist
Department: Ticket Sales
Reports To: Director of Ticket Sales
FLSA Status: Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Job Summary:
This position will be a sales focused service position. The Membership Experience Specialist will manage 300-400 Membership accounts, and be responsible for a personal sales goal. This is a perfect position for someone who loves developing relationships, creating unique events, driving revenue through relationship sales, and creating memorable fan experiences.  The position is meant to improve the overall service we can provide to our Members and solidify the culture of sales focused service within our sales department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Execute a touch point plan designed for member contact and communication.
  • Achieve personal touch point goal with accounts.
  • Achieve a personal sales goal through relationship building, upselling, cross selling, & referrals.
  • Achieve a personal Renewal Goal. 
  • Educate Members on all benefits and opportunities.
  • Attend all membership events as part of the touch point plan. 
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, text, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Use knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
 
Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Sales experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.

Physical Requirements: 
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
