The Manager is responsible for all game day  entertainment elements, promotions and the planning and execution of a variety of marketing initiatives for our team. Candidates must have previous MiLB experience in a promotions role to be considered.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Pilots the creative process and is responsible for building the annual promotional calendar with the goal of increasing individual ticket revenue, driving overall attendance, & enhancing the fan experience.
  • In this role you will collaborate with the Sr. Director Marketing with the management and planning and executing of all promotional and theme nights for our team.
  • Fully responsible for developing, planning, scripting, and executing all in-game entertainment, marketing, and team sponsorship requirements.
  • In this role you will be closely collaborating with Corporate and Ticket Sales to design and distribute promotional products and giveaways.
  • In this role you will work in coordination with video production staff  with all ideas related to producing all elements of in-game experience including videos, music, graphics and promotional initiatives.
  •  Work with internal departments and external vendors to plan and execute “all-inclusive” theme nights and promotional calendar for all home games and events.
  • Create and prepare all relevant information for game and production staff meetings.
  • Schedule and book entertainment acts, while maintaining an annual budget.
  • Scheduling and preparing all pre-game, in-game and post-game promotions.
  • Manage and lead  all on field and in-between innings promotional activities from brainstorming to execution. 
  • Hire and oversee promotional seasonal staff and other members of the marketing department.

Experience Required:
  • Candidate must have at least four to five years of experience working in an MiLB promotions role.
  • Candidate must have management experience, specifically with hiring seasonal staff.
  • Candidate should have a strong sense of self awareness with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Candidate ideally should have experience in community relations and community related branding.
  • Experience in graphics a plus!
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills are a must.
