Accounts Receivable Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Accounting
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Finance

Responsible for Accounts Receivable management and general accounting duties relating to Treasury functions  

Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
  • Responsible for reporting daily cash balances to upper management
  • Record all incoming ACH/ Wires
  • Deposit and record all incoming checks.
  • Process miscellaneous credit card transactions
  • Prepare miscellaneous billing, (Clubhouse Catering, Bird Appearances, etc)
  • Track miscellaneous receivables and collect balances.
  • Process month-end journal entries 
  • Perform miscellaneous duties relating to Treasury and other functions as assigned
  •  Maintains highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • General Accounting education or related job experience
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
