Who we are: We’re the Traverse City Pit Spitters, a collegiate wooden bat baseball team. We're a member of the 22-team Northwoods League and we were just awarded Ballpark Digest's “Best of the Ballparks” for summer-collegiate stadiums! We pride ourselves on our stellar customer service and our dedication to providing friendly faces, open minds, and our time and energy to our fans.

You’re an enthusiastic, outgoing customer service guru with prior experience and some general knowledge of a ticketing system and its software. You love collaboration, meeting new people, and consider yourself a stellar communicator. You work hard and play nice, and appreciate a good joke.

What you’ll do: 
  • You’ll sell a full menu of season tickets, group tickets and sponsorship packages to businesses and individuals in Traverse City and the Northern Michigan Region. 
  • You’ll work with the sales department to coordinate customer ticket packages and provide our guests with experiences that exceed their expectations. 
  • You'll set up unique sponsorship opportunities for our outstanding partners 
  • You’ll set up gameday displays and oversee group party areas -- and have a lot of fun doing it.
What you need:
  • Some prior sales experience (2+ years) and terrific customer service skills. 
  • Flexibility, since every day here is different. 
  • You’ll need a willingness to work a lot of nights, holidays and weekends. 
  • A willingness to jump in and help wherever help is needed.
