The Eugene Emeralds are looking for a seasonal concessions operations manager to assist the Director of Food & Beverage during our baseball season. The Job will start mid-May and end mid-September. This is a fun and unique job that is a major part of our business. We are proud of our team’s concessions and do a great job at providing a favorite part of the fan’s experience at our games. You will assist the Director of F&B with daily tasks and during the events. There are duties before each event, during and after. You will not just be part of the concessions but part of the Eugene Emeralds and front office. We do a lot of work in our community and are much larger than just a baseball team but an iconic entity in the area.
To assist the Director of Food & Beverage with daily tasks that include but are not limited to:
-Stocking concessions stands
-Organizing the warehouse and inventory
-Receiving order deliveries
-Assisting the Director of F&B with game-day employee schedules
-Overall preparation for the events
-Roaming the concessions operations during events and providing help where directed or needed
-End of event close outs and reconciles
*Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred*
PAY: The base salary is $30,000 which will be pro-rated for the seasonal position while you are working (approx. 4 months)
