Overview: There are both full-time and part-time concessions internships available that run from May 2018 – August 2018. The Concessions Intern will report directly to the Assistant General Manager, Operations.
As an extension of a student intern’s classroom training in operations, the student intern will shadow regular employees and perform assigned tasks that will help the student intern develop operations skills such as:
· Finances and accounting for food and beverage operations.
· Concession and catering operation logistics.
· Food and beverage coordination and management, including food and beverage inventorying and maintenance.
· Food and beverage preparation, including safe food and beverage handling requirements.
· Preparing and understanding food and beverage related financial reports and analysis.
· Handling customer service interactions.
