SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will assist with the development and execution of all marketing functions for the team and provide support for all sales and customer services efforts of the organization.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Directly execute the web, digital and social activities of the team.
Produce content for team website and all social channels to ensure consistency of voice.
Execute email marketing campaigns using team licensed software (Bronto) to include content creation, analyzing and leveraging campaign results.
Develop, create and produce digital advertising campaigns to including monitoring results and adjusting strategies to for optimum efficiency and results.
Manage the development and execution of special events to achieve key short and long term brand goals (open house events, season ticket holder functions, cause marketing events such as diabetes awareness night, etc.)
Assist with the production of all in-house publications including ticket and group flyers, promotional events, etc.
As requested design and produce all marketing, sales, internet, and collateral materials.
Provide administrative support for personnel involved in sponsorship sales, ticket sales, marketing, and community relations.
Manipulates sponsor artwork as necessary.
Provides partners and media with graphics and photos upon request.
Create and maintain photo and video libraries and all player files.
Perform other operational duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with database marketing, social media execution, graphic design, website management and maintenance preferred.
Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability with Adobe design software, Word Press, Javascript and HTML/CSS.
Must demonstrate a high degree of time management, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft products and experience with contact management software.
Energy, a professional attitude and ability to learn quickly.
Must be willing to work long hours year round.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Must be a self-starter and team player.
