STATUS: Part Time

FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt

REPORTS TO: General Manager

Primary Duties

Assist with game presentation including planning and executing of the ‘show’ each evening and preparing the stadium for patrons.
Assist with set up of game day items, ensuring the stadium is ready for doors open including temporary sign installation and removal, concourse tables and displays.
Responsible for placing any promotional giveaway items at the door.
Responsible with seasonal employees for merchandise set-up and display.

Ticket Operations

Sell tickets to customers at the box office windows and assist other ticket sellers as necessary.
Communicate to seasonal box office and gate personnel any ‘special ticket promotions’ unique to each individual game.
Assist with printing all spitter stock tickets based on ticket order / contract received and distribute tickets (to account rep, mail, deliver, place in will call).

Marketing Operations

Assist with pre-game, during game, and post-game social media posts.
Assist with game day sponsorship fulfillment (setting up sponsor table, making sure sponsor name is in game day script)
