POSITION TITLE:  Gameday Operations and Fulfillment Coordinator
DEPARTMENT:  Operations
REPORTS TO:  Executive Vice President, Director of Baseball and Stadium Operations, 
STATUS:  Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY (PURPOSE OF POSITION):  Gameday Operations, Sales Activation
  • Manage internship program
  • Monitor and manage gameday tasks and responsibilities for all gameday specific staff
  • Work with entertainment staff to plan and execute gameday show and promotions
  • Coordinate player appearances and organizational outreach in the community
  • Assist in marketing campaigns – planning and execution
  • Work directly with the Director of Sales to manage deliverables for sponsors and groups – own sales activation 
    • Network with premium and sponsorship clients at game and in community events 
  • Create a premier internship program that attracts and keeps talent in-house
  • Become an outgoing and savvy face of the organization in the community
  • Create an effective system of sales activation internally with the sales staff
  • Ensure timely and deadline adherence to the marketing plan
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet the following minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university
  • Innovative and enthusiastic – able to think outside the box
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and execute consistently
  • Experience in sports/entertainment
  • Special game day duties will require weekend work and/or evening scheduling
