Management

Coordinate food pickup for players and coaches before and after the game locates at the minor league complex across the street.
Inventory of all equipment sent by the Twins every two weeks. Report inventory to affiliate GM and Twins equipment manager.
Responsible for all uniform inventory pre and post season.
Responsible for managing the bat boy schedule.
Communicate between Twins nutrition staff and strength coach regularly for feedback on food.
Insure team issued equipment is available on road trips for player transactions.
Communicate with Twins equipment manager for broken or damaged equipment.
Coordinate all batting practice equipment with coaches. Take equipment to the field as necessary.
All other duties assigned by GM.

Clubhouse

Maintain cleanliness of all player and staff areas including offices, weight room, and training room.
Responsible for cleaning bathrooms post game.
Responsible for buying snacks and detergent for the season.
Maintaining the umpire clubhouse by providing food, stocking the fridge, and providing baseballs pre game.
Taking out the garbage post game.
Handle all mail request and mail distribution for players and staff.
Loading and unloading equipment for all road trips. Assist players and staff with equipment needs as necessary for all road trips.
All other duties assigned by GM.
