Overview
The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is seeking an energetic and organized individual to coordinate, facilitate and oversee video creative for our internal productions team. This individual will operate as the intermediary between the client services team and the productions team, ensuring that all video deliverables are completed on-schedule while also meeting the Club’s level of quality.
 
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client service, Creative Director and video production team for coordinating video projects from conception to completion
  • Work with client services to create and manage project schedules; taking into account changing project priorities, milestones, and resource constraints
  • Identify roles and responsibilities within projects, and work with Creative Director to assign briefs to video team accordingly
  • Monitor daily progress of projects to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Maintain routine and clear communication with both video team and client services team
  • Coordinate logistics for and facilitate video and photoshoots – including but not limited to: scouting and securing locations, hiring talent, procuring props, creating shoot-schedules, renting equipment
  • Source and foster relationships with 3rd party vendors; acquire quotes, negotiate and manage contracts; develop and oversee production schedules
  • Develop and manage production schedules for in-season giveaways
  • Work with Creative Director to develop, maintain and track production budgets
  • Maintain project status reports using project management software
  • Manage multiple project timelines and budgets simultaneously
  • Approach projects with flexibility and resourcefulness

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Minimum three years professional experience as a project manager or producer
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Technical knowledge of the video planning and production process
  • Self-motivated individual that works well within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Experience managing project budgets
  • Analytical thinker and fundamental problem-solver
  • Looking for open-minded, respectful, patient, solution-oriented team player

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Computer Skills  
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software.
 
Language Skills                                            
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
 
Mathematical Skills                                                 
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
 
Reasoning Ability      
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Work Hours                                                 
Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays.
