This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Brewers Community Foundation. Brewers Community Foundation (BCF) is the official charitable arm of the Milwaukee Brewers. This internship will run from the end of March 1 until the middle of October 31.  This is a paid internship

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of Brewers Community Foundation including, but not limited to providing administrative assistance to all members of the department, answering phone calls, data entry, program and event mailings and additional miscellaneous office duties.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of special events (e.g. 5K Famous Racing Sausages Run/Walk, BCF Week, Drive For Charity).
  • Assist with creative, marketing and social media efforts for Brewers Community Foundation.
  • Interface with other departments on shared events for Brewers Community Foundation and the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club.
  • Assist in maintaining the department’s internal databases.
  • Provide other administrative support for the Brewers Community Foundation department.

Education and/or Experience
Candidates must be currently enrolled at or recently graduated from an accredited college or university pursuing a Business Administration, Event Planning, Non-Profit Management, Sports Marketing degree or course work related to the functions of Brewers Community Foundation.
Computer Skills  
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.    
Work Hours                                                  
Work hours will vary based on game schedule, 15 - 30+ hours a week (more during home games as needed). Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary.
