Summary   Directly responsible for the oversight of corporate marketing partnerships, activation strategy and implementation and sponsorship measurement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Active participation and engagement with the Partnership Sales process. Assist Partnership Sales team members with proposal preparation, campaign/creative writing and in-person presentations
  • Fulfill all aspects of sponsorship agreements, both on game days and non-game days, including onsite activations, in-game promotions, VIP experiences, community programs, signage, and hospitality
  • Serve as department liaison with Brewers Business Analytics and Insights group as it relates to fan profiles and habits, partnership research and awareness surveys, and other industry trends
  • Fulfill a department role as subject matter expert as it relates to internal measurement systems, partnership valuation software, and social listening tools
  • Coordinate and assist with other departments and Major League Baseball Advanced Media to fulfill sponsorship agreements
  • Assist with promotions and sweepstakes, including lining up contestants, prizes and any props or video to execute promotion/sweepstakes
  • Open dialogue with clients to continually evaluate that partnerships are accomplishing the established marketing goals and business objectives
  • Prepare and present partnership activation books as well as mid-year and season-end recaps
  • Assist with the development and coordination of department interns
  • Work closely with scoreboard and game entertainment staff to ensure all pregame, in-game and post-game sponsored promotions are running successfully
  • Strive to be knowledgeable with regards to new and developing activation programs, social and digital media trends, augmented and virtual reality environments and other platforms, in an effort to increase partnership revenue for the club while enhancing our game day fan experience

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
 
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and four to six (4-6) years of related experience and/or training
 
Computer Skills  
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.    
 
Language Skills                                                
Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Proficiency and experience with both professional and creative writing.  High comfort level presenting information in one-on-one and small to medium sized group settings to both internal and external stakeholders.
 
Mathematical Skills                                                     
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
 
Reasoning Ability      
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Work Hours                                                     
Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays.
