Provides support, troubleshooting, oversight and management of all information technology operations at the American Family Fields of Phoenix. Provides remote support for Brewers staff and affiliate locations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Coordinate with on-site vendors and contractors for technology-related projects
  • Oversee training initiatives for all users as it relates to new products and software deployments
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of peripheral computer and networking equipment
  • Capture and develop requirements for technology upgrades and enhancements
  • Manage all printing hardware (copiers, printers, faxes) and related supplies
  • Maintain and support telecom and cellular devices, assist with iPhones and iPads
  • Oversee and document Audio/Visual setups for each room within the facility
  • Maintain all specialized coaching camera and video systems
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IPTV system and hardware
  • Maintain retail and ticketing POS technology and printing services
  • Provide tier 2 network administration and wire management
  • Conduct software updates and patching for security purposes
  • Maintain technology configurations for PCI compliance
  • Maintain security camera and door swipe access database administration
  • Provide tier 1 sports science technology support
  • Build, image, and deploy computers for new hires and upgrades
  • Provides support for all Spring Training and other key Brewers games
  • Provides remote support for baseball affiliates, including the Carolina Mudcats
  • Provide tier 2 support and assign work orders to IT Staff for tier 3 support issues
  • Provide status updates/notes on all open items and projects
  • Maintain Jira with status updates on outstanding issues

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Experience with: 
    • managing a Apple OSX and Microsoft Windows desktop environment 
    • troubleshooting Windows PC, printers and copiers 
    • network operations and administration 
    • support VoIP telephone systems, preferably ShoreTel/Mitel 
    • experience with Help Desk software, preferably Jira 
    • IT project management experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and a desire to deliver excellent customer service

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and five years or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Help Desk experience preferred.

Language Skills

Mathematical Skills                                                     
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability      
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Up to 10% travel to Miller Park in Milwaukee, WI and Five County Stadium in Zebulon, NC is required.
Work Hours                                                     
Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays in support of Spring Training.
