Overview Summary The Game Day staff will be a seasonal part-time position at Phoenix facility home of the Milwaukee Brewers during the spring training season. This individual will be responsible for any duties related to fan experience during spring training and will report to the Director - Spring Training Business Operations and Community Engagement.

Qualifications In order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Experience with Tickets.com preferred but not required.
Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Spanish speaking preferred
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
