Summary The Director – Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a strategic integration of Brewers brand content and marketing initiatives across all our digital channels. This position will play a major role in enhancing Brewers brand presence within the social space, as well as driving website traffic and mobile app utilization via successful implementation and management of digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns. These campaigns will promote our brand, engage our fans, and drive sales across the business (ticket plans, single game tickets, events, retail, etc.). The Director – Digital Marketing will work collaboratively with Major League Baseball as well as with internal partners (including Business Analytics, Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships and Information Technology) to deliver, measure and optimize content, marketing campaigns and best-in-class solutions across all digital platforms, including social media, web, SMS, email and mobile apps. This role will lead digital marketing strategy development and oversee digital marketing campaigns through execution.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in field of digital marketing required.
Computer Skills To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, partners, sales teams, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
