JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reports to the Vice President and Assistant General Manager. This position is responsible for interacting directly with corporate partners on behalf of the organization. Also responsible for executing all elements found in corporate partner contracts, including customized promotions, and events at the ballpark.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review and understand each corporate partner contract assigned
  • Plan out the timeline for and execution of each element in the corporate partner contract including, but not limited to:
  • In-stadium signage
  • Facilitate mascot appearances
  • Implement and attend planning meetings; brainstorm with corporate partners on how to best meet their goals and utilize their partnership to the fullest
  • Market corporate partner promotions
  • Secure ticketing inventory
  • Create and execute promotions to meet the business goals of the corporate partner including:
    • Working with staff on creation of POS collaterals, newspaper ads, in-stadium signage, website, social media, billboards, radio/TV/PA drops, e-newsletter text, etc.
  • Event planning and execution of all corporate partner events at the stadium including large company picnics, softball games/tournaments, luncheons, organization building activities, field days, public events, etc.
  • Assist coworkers with corporate partner events, promotions, and projects as necessary
  • Gather items throughout the season and create a comprehensive annual report for each corporate partner at the conclusion of the season and present as needed
  • Entertain corporate partners and other guests in the stadium at Dragons games and other events
  • Work most Dragons home games (including many nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Provide VIP pre-game tours
  • Enact corporate partner plaza events and promotions before and during games
  • Work tirelessly to find other opportunities to over-deliver on value for corporate partners
  • Maintain and work within corporate partner budgets

QUALIFIYING QUESTIONS:
  1. Yes/No: Have at least 2 to 4 years of experience of partnership sales and/or service?
  2. Yes/No: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays?
  3. Yes/No: Have experience using Photoshop, InDesign, or similar graphic design programs?
