Human Resources: Human Resources/Recruiting
Position Summary:  
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding employees for the organization.
 
Essential Functions:                                                 
  • Conducts intake calls with hiring managers to understand the position requirements; advising on job descriptions to ensure they accurately portray the positions
  • Manages communications with candidates, including introductory phone screening, interview preparation, process overview, setting expectations, post-offer discussions, closing, and offer letter review
  • Consistently develops and maintains a proactive pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities
  • Maintains accurate and concise records concerning all phases of the recruitment process
  • Partners closely with HR team and business leaders to forecast talent needs, and ensure communication of open roles
  • Ensures consistent execution of processes, partnerships, and outcomes, leveraging data to understand current state and identify opportunities to improve
  • Advances our culture of inclusion & equity, and promote inclusive & diverse talent strategies
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with all local colleges and universities
  • Manages and conducts orientation sessions with the assistance of the HR team
  • Assists HR team with onboarding process, and other administrative functions as needed
 
Qualifications & Requirements:        
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the recruiting process 
  • Skill in negotiating
  • Ability to correctly interpret and efficiently implement all applicable policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure that deadlines are met 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products to create spreadsheets and documents; ability to use department/ organization specific software
  • Ability to handle confidential client and employment information with tact and discretion
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Suggested Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field 
  • A minimum of 4 years of recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm and/or Talent Acquisition team is required
