Position Summary: 
The Coordinator, Game Presentation & Scoreboard Operations will assist the Executive Producer with all aspects for Marlins Home Games, Department Functionality and all outside Client Events at Marlins Park.
Essential Functions:
• Manages the Equipment Operation of the Control Room
• Understands the functions and operates the equipment of the Control Room such as Sony Switcher, Sony Cameras / Shading, Click Effects, Chyron Duet, Enhanced Video Systems (EVS), Parsons Audio, Daktronics Stats Systems, Daktronics Show Control and all future additions to the Control Room
• Assures all In-house Content, Brand Content and Partner Logos are “Ready for Air”
• Organizes the Bookings of the Marlins Vision Crew, Gameday Staff Assistants and Hosts (over 55 rotational members; roughly 25 per game)
• Provides relevant Player Stats for the Baseball Fan Knowledge
• Schedules / Organizes any Pre-game Festivities assigned (Anthem, Color Guard, Presentations, etc)
• Assists with the development and preparation of any content, video and / or graphic, towards game entertainment and outside events upon the Executive Producer’s (EP) request
• Provides assistance to the Lead Editor and/or Chief Engineer side of the department if / when needed; includes basic editing knowledge, assist with scheduling equipment maintenance, etc.
• Assists with all events such as: Entertainment Team Tryouts, STH Events, Pre-season Team Events, FanFest, Foundation Events, Video Shoots, Spring Training visits, and any other outside / third party Corporate Functions held at Marlins Park
• Operates outside events assigned with Park Operations, and participates in the client meetings and facility visits / walkthroughs
• Acts as Show Producer when needed
• Active participation in company CSR Program
Qualifications & Requirements:            
• Professional Sports Experience
• Special Event Production Experience
• Organizational Skills
• Extensive Baseball Knowledge
• Strong Knowledge in Control Room Technology
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
• Degree in Sports Management, Video Production or Television Production 
• A minimum of one year experience in production of live events with the ability to provide quick turnaround 
• Working knowledge of MLB Rules and Regulations
