Position Summary:  
Miami Marlins fans are passionate, and the most diehard fans deserve to be rewarded for their true devotion! The Fish Family Team will be responsible for executing Marlins loyalty program efforts during all home games and during special Fish Family events, so as to reward true fan loyalty and also to drive their future repeated business. Fulfilling “bucket list” Marlins moments for our true diehard fans, as well as upholding the highest standards of customer service during fan interaction are critical pieces of the program. This position will provide a close-up look at how the sports industry collides with the new and fast-moving world of digital marketing, and will provide real-world experience to a candidate interested in being on the front lines of sports and marketing.
Essential Functions:
  • Positively represent the Marlins as the face of the Fish Family loyalty marketing program.
  • Provide excellent customer service. 
  • Help fulfill rewards and once-in-a-lifetime experiences for program members.
  • Troubleshoot program website and member accounts, or enroll new members through the online form. 
  • Maintain the reward inventory for gamedays and distribute all rewards efficiently while keeping complete records. 
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, accountable and self-sufficient.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work during games, nights, weekends and occasional holidays during the baseball season.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
  • Have attained or be working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sport Management or related field. 
  • Proficiency with digital devices and web-based forms recommended.
