Technical Services: Scoreboard Operations
Position Summary:  
The Entertainment Assistant will have mostly game day responsibilities including Mascot Handler, Pre-Game entertainment, Anthem and Color guard. 
Essential Functions: 
·         Work with Director of Game Presentation to ensure continuity of game programing.
·         Handle all in game Mascot appearances
·         Work closely with Entertainment team for all pre-game elements such as first pitch, National Anthem, Color Guard and more. 
·         Assist in creating new and exciting routines and traditions that appeal to family values and coincide with the club’s marketing themes. 
·         Support in-game corporate sponsorships elements such as using sponsored vehicles, performing sponsor visits both on site and off, and all in-game sponsorship activations.
·         Participate in Fan Club and Kids Club activities when needed.
·         Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:             
·         Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
·         Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
·         Keep a professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans, staff members, players, coaches and front office executives
·         Able to attend most if not all home Marlins games and arrive two hours before game time for each game
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
·         Bachelor’s Degree 
1+ years of live production experience
