Ticket Sales and Services: Client Relations/Customer Service
Position Summary:  
The Miami Marlins seek highly motivated, coach-able, and professional individuals who have a passion for sports. The Coordinator of Sales & Service is a full-time benefited position with a focus on being the front line for all communication efforts for the Sales & Service staff. 
 
Essential Functions:
  • Work across departments to develop business rules and functionalities
  • Manages projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities and managing time
  • Ticket sales department liaison for all sales events. Including but not limited to; working with ballpark operations, 3rd party vendors and marketing
  • Provide administrative support to VP of Ticket Sales & Service
  • Responsible for scheduling game day duties for the Sales & Service Staff
  • Manage client gift inventory such as autographed memorabilia, promotional items, tickets to other venues, etc.
  • Schedule, organize and communicate all Sales & Service meetings and trainings
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the VP of Ticket Sales & Service
  • Manage the execution of Marlins individual ticket promotion strategies
  • Assist with event planning with email communication efforts to season ticket holders regarding sales events, fan loyalty program and standard season ticket holder benefits

Additional Functions:
  • Assist Event Planning Executive with season ticket holder and season ticket prospect events including: overall operations day of event, as well as all other functions associated with the execution of the event
  • Ticket sales department liaison for all digital marketing requirements with MLBAM and Channel 1 Media Solutions

Qualifications & Requirements:            
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly
  • Collaborative team player able to work with a variety of departments and different personalities
  • The ability to work with multicultural populations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, excellent oral and written communication, and problem solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Individuals must be coach-able and possess a positive attitude
  • Deliver exemplary customer service
  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

 Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Service, Communications or related field
  • A minimum of (2) years professional work experience in the sports field.
