Ticket Sales and Services: Ticket Sales
Position Summary: 
Coordinator, Membership Sales & Service is a full-time benefited position with a focus on communication efforts as well as project and event coordination in support of Sales Leaders as well as Sales & Service team members.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead all email and mail communication campaigns to existing and prospective Marlins Members and Group Leaders in coordination with Sales Leaders as well as Marketing, Creative Services and Communications
  • Coordinate and support all Membership Sales & Service events as needed, including but not limited to, working with Sales Leaders and Senior Event Planning Executive as well as scheduling staff assignments, sending out attendee invites and organizing attendee lists as needed
  • Schedule game day duties for the Sales & Service Staff
  • Schedule, organize and communicate all Sales & Service internal meetings and training
  • Manage client gift inventory available to the Sales & Service staff
  • Support Sales Leaders with budgets, contracts and invoices
  • Manage other special projects and tasks as assigned 
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Strong organizational, time-management, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Coachable and possesses a positive attitude
  • Delivers exemplary customer service
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Service, Communications or related field
  • A minimum of (2) years professional work experience in related field
  • Experience with Tickets.com ProVenue (ticketing system) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
