Position Summary:  
The Business Analytics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Business Analytics team’s effort to derive data driven insights and to provide impactful data visualizations. Your responsibilities will require developing customer insights, conducting trend analyses, and building Tableau dashboards. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with internal partners and performing ad hoc performance reports.
 
Essential Functions:  
  • Ensure accurate reporting of customer metrics
  • Guide advanced customer analysis providing up-to-date insights to key stakeholders 
  • Assist in the development of Tableau dashboards / visualizations
  • Analyze trends related to sales pacing, customer retention, local market trends, loyalty, and marketing campaign performance
  • Develop data driven recommendations for internal partners’ strategies and marketing effectiveness 
  • ·Assist in the development and analysis of customer surveys
  • Collaborate with CRM Coordinator to develop impactful insights into sales campaign trends
  • Assist in the development of new processes for data integration, collection, and analysis
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Director, Business Analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in statistics, marketing analytics, data analytics and/or business analytics
  •  Strength in Microsoft Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, building summary tables & charts, etc.) 
  • Proven analytical skills including the ability to rapidly learn new data tools
  •  Strong data mining, trend analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python a plus
  •  Experience using CRM data a plus
  • Experience with visualization software such as Tableau a plus
  • Experience working in sports and/or in the live entertainment industry is a plus

Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (economics, statistics, computer science, or data analytics)
