Event Management: Event Operations/Management
Job Summary:

Position is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising 100+ active game day staff members, and developing and maintaining an effective game day Parking & Transportation and Staffing Plans. Responsible for collection, processing, and reconciliation of all parking revenues.

  • Continue and develop complex-wide parking and transportation plan. This plan should be tailored to specific events and size of events
  • Develop budget for Parking, Transportation, and Tollgate
  • Manage a team of seasonal event staff employees, including hiring, terminating, motivating, and disciplining as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all parking and transportation needs are met
  • Ensure Guest Service Program is implemented
  • Ensure procedures are followed to collect age receipts, and ensure that receipts are recorded, reconciled, and reported to VP of Ballpark Operations and Finance
  • Develop parking passes and hang tag for each new season
  • Other duties as needed

  • Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with 2 years Supervisory experience in the sports or entertainment industry
  • Work independently without close supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Able to work irregular hours including holidays, weekends, evening, and game events
  • Maintain professional attitude that is customer-service oriented
  • Effective writing, telephone, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ABI Payroll is preferred
