Summary:
The Norfolk Tides are seeking Ushers to support the operation of Harbor Park on game days through exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for all fans.
Job Description:
Ushers are responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring fan safety and comfort within their assigned seating area. Ushers serve as the front-line representatives of the ballpark, offering assistance, enforcing stadium policies, and helping guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Key duties:
- Greet guests warmly as they enter your assigned section.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, complaints, or requests.
- Assist guests in locating their seats and provide directions to nearby amenities (restrooms, concessions, guest services, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
- Available to work the majority of home games.
- Willing and able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
Employee Perks/Pay:
- $12.77 per hour.
- Complimentary hot dog and soda voucher each game.
- 20% employee discount in Norfolk Tides team store.
- One 15-minute break per shift.
- Two game vouchers for 20 games worked.
