  • Complete outgoing calls to sell group outings and catering packages throughout the season
  • Utilize sales calls, mailers, and appointments to effectively maximize sales 
  • Assist with the input and accurate record-keeping of ticket sales into computer databases
  • Participate in all aspects of game day operations, including: pre-game event setup, ticket sales, distribution of giveaway items, greeting nightly groups
  • Provide weekly updates on group events, catering and birthday parties
  • Represent the organization in community events: trade shows, civic events, etc.
  • Maintain general office functions, including: phone, mail, and weekend responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR working toward degree with minimum 60 class credit hours completed
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff members, season ticket holders, group members, and other fans
  • Preferred but not required: experience with cold calls, customer service, college athletics, pro sports
  • Internship may be used to fulfill class credit requirements or completed as a paid internship for individuals not seeking class credit
  • Compensation will be paid in accordance with Kentucky State hourly minimum wage guidelines or commensurate with experience
  • Upon completion of class credit, internship may be extended and transition to a paid internship by mutual agreement
  • Housing is not provided for this internship
