  • Provide excellent customer service at the box office window and call center on a daily basis
  • Complete outgoing calls to previous single-game ticket buyers to maximize sales
  • Assist with single game orders, ticket delivery, and return voicemails/emails regarding single game orders
  • Organize the team’s pass list tickets and other details for Will Call prior to each game
  • Organize and coordinate season ticket access cards and books for distribution
  • Assist with the input and accurate record-keeping of ticket sales into Ticket Return ticketing system

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR working toward degree with at least junior class standing
  • Excellent work ethic, customer service skills, ability to work long hours, evenings & weekends
  • Ability to work in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers
  • Internship may be used to fulfill class credit requirements or completed as a paid internship for individuals not seeking class credit
  • Compensation will be paid in accordance with Kentucky State hourly minimum wage guidelines or commensurate with experience
  • Upon completion of class credit, internship may be extended and transition to a paid internship by mutual agreement
  • Housing is not provided for this internship
