Job Title: Guest Relations Coordinator Status: Full Time

Reports to: Business Operations Manager Effective: December 2019
Job Summary:
Provide high level of customer service and support by being responsible for front line guest relations and general front office activities.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and services of guest relations including inbound calls and e-mails
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests of Victory Field, including clients, vendors, customers, and job candidates
- Manage and organize front desk space along with waiting area to maintain a professional appearance
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments utilizing USPS, UPS, and FedEx
- Act as main administrative support for the executive team
- Keep accurate records for all shipping and receiving of packages
- Coordinate the purchasing, inventory and budgeting for office supplies
- Manage all internal meeting spaces for Victory Field staff via Microsoft Outlook
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Assist with ticket office functions, including answering calls and helping customers purchase tickets
- Responsible for managing and organizing lost and found
- Maintain and organize common areas
- Open and prepare the office for staff and guests each day
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent
- At least two years related experience in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Office products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
