CRM Fellow 
Department:                      Baseball Operations, Strategy & Analytics   
Supervisor:                         CRM Manager 
Classification:                   Full-time (Exempt) / Temporary 
The Houston Astros Business Strategy & Analytics Department’s mission is to drive strategic solutions that create value for the organization.  The focus of the team is across business operations, including ticket sales and service, sponsorship, and marketing.
This position will contribute to the strategic development and execution of the CRM campaign management, workflow and optimization. This role will report to the CRM Manager, and the two will work together to maximize the value of day-to-day outputs of our CRM system. This position is a one-year fellowship program, is salary based, and is eligible to receive benefits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Provide day-to-day support for CRM users across the Astros organization
·         Lead initial and on-going training sessions for CRM users across Ticket Sales, Special Event Sales, Sponsorship Sales, and Account Management
·         Load lead list into the system and assist Sales Management in prioritizing the sales targets
·         Assist in other CRM related analysis and data integrity/cleansing projects
·         Support the day-to-day business needs by building reports and dashboards

Education and/or Experience:
·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or other data-related discipline
·         Related experience in the CRM or Analytics field
·         Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
·         Must have a passion for baseball
·         Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
·         Comfortable with collecting data and distilling it into meaningful business metrics
·         Ability to work in a team environment
·         Proficient in Excel (advanced functions)
·         Possess a desire to learn 
·         Able to work on a broad variety of projects simultaneously
·         Experience with Power BI is a plus

Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.  The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.  

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision.  

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Rare travel maybe expected in this role.
