Coordinator, Ticket Operations – Finance

Classification: Full-Time/Exempt

Under supervision of the Manager, Ticket Operations, the coordinator will lead the day to day ticket operations aspects pertaining to Financial Reporting. This position works in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, team environment where accuracy is embraced, and precision encouraged.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Primary liaison for Finance Department on all ticket related financial inquiries.
  • Manages the creation and collection of all payment plans. 
  • Supports Finance with the protection and prevention of high volumes of chargebacks.
  • Coordinates the process of Corporate Partnership contract ticket fulfillment, as well as working concurrently with the Corporate Partnership sales team on prospective corporate partners.
  • Responsible for Non-Participating Postseason Ticket settlements with MLB, Teams and Broadcast Partners.
  • Controls and creates all parts relating to loaded value tickets.
  • Oversees the creation, implementation, and reconciliation of all fundraisers and inclusive service charges.
  • Responsible for making all monthly Premium pricing changes.
  • Guides ticket office staff to improve understanding of accounting requirements.
  • Provide operational support for Premium Sales, Corporate Partnership and Finance Departments.
  • Game day duties relating to loss prevention.

Qualifications: Required Competencies & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of ticket operations and/or ticket system experience.
  • High level of demonstrated professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, team orientation and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to problem solve and solutions minded thinker.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment
This job operates in a stadium setting. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. This job will be expected to work indoor within an office setting.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. This role must have attention to detail using vision.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Travel is not expected in this role.
