We are looking for a energetic, engaging and hard working person to work as our mascot Herbie the Miner. We are looking for individuals who will represent the Sussex County Miners in a professional manner. Our mascot performer will attend community events, attend offseason events inside our stadium, perform on-field activities during the baseball season and engage in social media content with our social media team. 

Responsibilities:
1) Engage with fans in a professional manner while also creating a fun experience for our fans.
2) Must be willing to be silly and provide entertainment in a fun/exciting way.
3) Work in certain weather conditions such as rain, extreme heat, and the cold.
4) Attend in season and offseason events such as (events in our community, events inside our stadium, baseball games, corporate events and much more.)
5) Work with our promotions team to provide entertainment by creating dance routines, fan interactions, and other mascot related events to ensure a fun experience for our fans.
6) Experience as a mascot or theater is preferred.
